I. POSITION PURPOSE:

The main responsibility of the training coordinator is to ensure mfg staff is fully trained and can do their job effectively.
Training coordinator will be in charge of developing, following up and executing training plans for operators and direct support to manufacturing team, making sure work force will be ready on time to meet production ramp up in Greenfield and Brownfield.




II. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY:
? Work together with production management to identify training needs
? Drawing up a training plan
? Define training requirements
? Arrange training sessions
? Producing materials needed for training
? Working with training providers to develop suitable content for the courses
? Deliver some standard training module
? Evaluate training effectiveness
? Managing budgets
? Other assigned job by manager




III. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

Understanding of human behaviors
Awareness of strategic effects of talent management activities in particular in terms of employee development and as a retention tool.
Be able to coordinate and assist trainings and development activities for business functions needs.
Computer literacy regarding MS office, GROW, LMS, Reward




IV. BUSINESS EXPERTISE:

Little understanding of the business
Understanding of the team
Understanding of the function/department
Listening, giving and receiving feedback

The job prepares and contributes to the functions on Organizational and individual development by providing assistance to the T&M manager.
Moreover, the position functions as the coordinator of contact on training and development for line managers.

X. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

University degree in HR
2+ years working experience in the area of Training & Development Management
Working experience in multinational company
Experience in manufacturing industry (familiarity with training needs in Engineering, manufacturing).
