Job responsibility:

1. Conduct recruitment for all positions below Manager's level by following company's procedure and apply relative tools to meet the requirement of Headhunter Company both on competency and time lead.
2. Maintain and develop employee relationship and admin issues by working closely with other dept., monitoring daily
3. Operation and keeping on improvement to ensure smooth operation and harmony culture.
4. Update all kinds of HR report accurately and timely.
5. Assist HR manager on the HR projects.

Job requirement:

1. Bachelor or above
2. Min 3 years working experience in HR staff function.
3. Good command of English, both written and speaking.
4. Open minded, easy going, systematic thinking.
