岗位职责

1、参与指导研发项目的具体操作，解答疑难问题，组织人员进行分析方法攻略。
2、完成研发记录、分析、处理实验结果。
3、协助研制公司产品分析的规划。

4、领导交办的其他事项。

岗位要求

1、具备熟练的分子生物学或细胞生物学相关实验操作技能。植物基因组的提取及纯化，PCR、荧光实时PCR检测、植物病虫害的检测。
2、良好的课题撰写和沟通表达能力。
3、具有良好的项目组织能力、执行能力和团队合作精神，抗压性强。
