- More than 5 years QA/QC experience in the international chemical or pharmaceutical company,
- Have good analytical chemistry knowledge, and have experience in using GC, HPLC etc analytical instruments.
- Be familiar with complaint handling, and root cause analysis.
- Be familiar with ISO 9001 quality system well, good GMP experience is preferred.
- Be familiar with SAP system.

- Fluent in written and verbal English is preferred.

Set up a complete quality system in Feixiang site, and ensure system runs effectively, and pass Key customer's audit and BVC external audit
- Based on the ISO 9001 standard requirement to set up the quality system, and ensure it is run effectively in site.
- Through the routine site review, check or audit to make sure that quality system are strictly followed., and pass key customer's audit and BVC external audit
- Through the internal audit, and management review etc to make sure that quality system to run effectively, and continue to improve its effectiveness and efficiency.

In charge of set up QA/QC documents and ensure our product quality meets customer or Rhodia specification requirement.

- Prepare raw materials spec, in process spec, and finished product spec, test method etc relevant documents.
- Through the management of supplier audit and raw material incoming inspection to ensure raw material quality.
- Through the management of in process test service to ensure that production is under control.
- Through the management of finished product test to ensure the product quality.

Work with QC lab to ensure test results are accurate.
- Help to set up the QC lab management procedures.
- Train people, and ensure procedures are strictly followed.
- Through the meeting, routine review etc to find the potential quality or safety risk, and take actions to improve it.
- Coordinate the test methods validation to ensure methods are acceptable.

Ensure customer complaints are well managed and problem are solved
- Follow Rhodia SMART system to handle customer complaint.
- Perform detailed root cause analysis for critical and major complaints
- Conduct action plans follow up to make sure complaint problem is solved
