职位描述：

1,Be responsible for daily accounting management and lead month end closing to ensure correct and accurate booking and reports.
负责领导日常账务处理及月末结账,保证会计记录和报表的及时性与准确性
2,Various financial analyses and reports, including production cost, fixed cost and sales margin etc, propose any realistic suggestions for cost control and continuous improvement.
负责进行各种财务分析，主要包括生产成本、固定费用及产品毛利等分析，为公司在成本费用方面的持续改进提供合理化的建议。
3,Ensure effective internal control system in finance area, periodic check and seek continuous improvements
确保财务部门有效的内部控制系统，定期的审核，持续改善。
4,Accurate & timely cost model & TPS updating & analysis
及时、准确地更新、分析标准成本和内部转移价格
5,Standard cost updating and maintenance in System
系统标准成本的更新和维护
6,Monitor stock transactions and resolve any exceptions or inconsistencies
监控存货交易，分析解决例外或不符事项
7,Help Controller with budget & forecast and analysis
协助财务总监完成预算、预测
8,Strong communication ability and good professional knowledge for local government(tax bureau, SAFE etc.)
在与政府部门(税务,外管等)有丰富的专业知识及强的沟通能力.

岗位要求：

1,Bachelor degree of above, in Finance or Accounting major.
本科及以上学历,财会专业.
2,At least five years working experience in management. Foreign company experience is preferred.
五年以上的财务岗位管理工作经验，有外企经验的优先考虑。
3,Strong analysis skills,Good attention to detail,Good communication skills
,High initiative.
擅长分析,关注细节,善于沟通,积极主动。
4,ERP experience is preferred.
有ERP经验的优先考虑。
5,Fluent English in reading and writing.
英文读写流利。
