Job Dimensions:
The SSC BOA Accountant is responsible for managing accounting treatment specific related to business unit.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Check Data for Status FI VA for Misc. Sales and reject a request if additional data is required
2. Analyze and define prepaid expenses in some very specific cases such as annual subscriptions
3. Review accruals and provisions requests are well documented and with qualified supporting documents
4. Communicate with the requester when any modification is required
5. Validate and follow up the variance of inventory and standard costing
6. Post Operation for accruals and provisions after validation and inform the requesters
7. Review specific payment request and post payment in SAP
8. Book accruals for payment overdue for certain days
9. Control BOA Closing
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above major in accounting, at least 5+ years working experience of costing processing
-Strong Finance and Accounting knowledge. Strong cost analysis skills. SAP experience is a plus.
-Good read and written English
-Self-motivated, detail-oriented and proactive
-Able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks
