岗位职责：
1、根据各部门的用人需求实施招聘工作，发布招聘广告、进行简历筛选、评估候选人并提供初步面试报告；
2、负责新进员工试用期的跟踪考核、晋升提薪及转正合同的签订并形成相应档案资料；负责新员工入职培训以及企业文化的宣导；
3、负责针对各部门职能需求展开各类培训，并做好培训反馈的跟踪；
4、负责人员资料档案的建立，健全与完善；
5、负责员工绩效考核资料的定期统计汇总、上报，并对绩效考核的方式方法提成意见和建议；
6、负责岗位说明书的撰写及完善；配合各部门梳理工作流程，并形成规范化文件；
7、完成上级交代的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，人力资源专业，熟悉各项人事政策及相关办理流程；
2、1年以上工作经验，有猎头、招聘等相关工作经验优先考虑；
3、良好的个人素质，具备良好的沟通能协调能力，有较强的反馈意识；
4、心态积极进取，工作认真负责，具备一定的抗压能力；
5、熟练使用office办公软件；
