Position: Finance Manager

Report to: GM (Foreigner)

注：常州工厂的投资总额约为1.68亿美元，人数约为1000人，计划投产时间是2013年年中

Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for costing, expenses control of the plant, such as standard cost update, sales, purchase price review and maintenance, employee expenses claim review, other business expenses review etc.
2) Responsible for working capital and CAPEX/Fixed assets management of the plant.
3) Be the first line manager for taxation, Forex, legal and other government affaires of the plant.
4) Provide relevant financial advisory support for decision-making in the plant
5) Liaison with other functions to ensure effective business controls are in place in the plant. Support Product Finance Controller for all SOX/Compliance issue of the plant.
6) Support Product Finance controller for forecast (EQ/FC) and ARP preparation of the plant, especially for contribution margin calculation and analysis.
7) Should be the key user of ERP system in the plant.

Requirement:
1) University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business management etc.
2) More than 6 years of related working experience in manufacturing environment, with focus on costing, internal control and Taxation etc. Automotive industrial experience is preferred.
3) Proficient in PC software packages, familiar with QAD (MFG/Pro) or other ERP system, Hyperion is preferred.
4) High level of computer literacy would be a plus.
5) Good communication skills in English and Chinese, CET-6.
6) CPA, ACCA qualification is preferred.
