我们客户是一家500强欧美公司，位于常州，这个职位主要负责产线，产品转移的。
Responsibilities:
1. Leading Plant projects:
a) Identify Capital projects opportunities for Growth or Sustain projects.
b) Preparation and tracking of IPP (project justification).
c) To control IPP project expenses.
d) Responsible for the development of best practice manufacturing processes. The main focus on custom equipment design, build, debug and startup, but also including the specification and acquisition of vendor purchased equipment. This individual will coordinate with manufacturing plant staff, product engineers, quality and marketing groups to implement the most cost effective equipment or process according to the Corporation current division strategic plan.
2. NATURE OF WORK
Decision making involves researching, analyzing and evaluating data and using judgment in applying professional expertise.
3. NATURE OF WORK
Plans and conducts complex, multi-faceted assignments; may require solid project management skills.
Authorities
1. GUIDANCE
Coordinate activities of local and USA team to execute plans according to schedule.
2. IMPACT
Impact is significant; May impact department or divisional operations and service delivery.
3. TEAM ROLE
a) Lead project teams in Changzhou .
b) Coordinate with Plant Maintenance and Production to improve manufacturing technology.
Essential
1. Management and communications skills to lead the projects teams.
a) Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic concepts.
b) Microsoft Project and other Microsoft Office products
c) Specific work with rubber extrusion lines, rubber curing and finishing, metals machining and forming, or small component assembly desirable.
d) Strong English skills - reading, writing and interpreting technical/engineering information
2. KNOWLEDGE
a) Applies advanced knowledge in field of specialization to completion of varied and complex assignments.
b) Exhibits understanding of the industry and the external influences on the business.
c) Typically requires several years professional experience in the area.
Desirable
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
a) Ideal candidate will have potential and self-motivation to progress to an engineering management role.
b) Mechanical or Chemical Engineer degree with 5 years specific experience
c) Projects Management Training, Master Degree in Projects Management or Business administration (MBA)
d) 2 years specific experience
