? Is responsible for P&S Shanghai Account Payable
? Posting / Matching with PO and GRN in the system timely
? Discrepancy analysis, verification, and send for approval
? Lock or unlock payment based on discrepancy settlement
? Create down-payment based on approved request
? Investigate the query and respond to vendor
? Assist AP process owner or AP team leader to resolve unforeseen issues in AP process
? Strictly follow the internal control policies and procedures
? Deal with related other issue
? Other jobs assigned by APSSC manager
