Responsibilities

· Daily production management and labor arrangement

· Cooperation with other function for weekly and monthly production planning

· Capacity analysis and efficiency continue improvement

· Keep on time delivery with qualified products

· Production data collection and on site issue shooting

· Technical support for each team member and process continue improvement

· Keep safety and clean work environment

Interrelations

The position reports directly to the Line Manager.


Qualifications

Mandatory requirements

· Junior University level / Collage Degree within fabrication, manufacturing or mechanical.

· Minimum 5 years working experience in production management

· Good sense in TOC and Lean manufacture; familiar with 5S & visual management

· Knowledge in welding, painting, assembly

· Good English in writing and speaking is plus

· Skillful in Microsoft office operation

· Good team working and target oriented.

· Good cost sense and quality sense.
