Overall Purpose of Job
? Responsible for Asia Pacific regional quality system / BPM (Business Policy Manual) building up, maintenance and improvement.
? Lead and or support on AP specific processes Standardization & Best Practices Sharing.
? Participate in and drive on plants quality system & manufacturing processes implementation & continuous improvements through “Core Manufacturing Process Audit” and “Production Management Audit”

Major Responsibilities

？ Responsible for AP BPM systems
- Analysis of the overall requirements of ISO/TS16949 and Global BPM structure;
- Being champion at AP to develop & maintain AP BPM systems, including AP BPM website;
- Drive and lead on AP BPM system improvement activities.
？ Lead and or support to standardize & improve AP specific manufacturing processes and other business processes
？ Lead and or support Best Practices Sharing & Benchmarking across Asia Pacific
？ Organize, coordinate quality management system internal audit and improvement plan follow up

？ Work closely with registration company, fully support on plants / tech centers TS16949 certification & audits …etc
？ Participate in and Conduct AP regional audits, like quality system audit, Core Manufacturing Process Audit, Production Management Audit etc...
？ Lead and conduct Quality system trainings, and improvement workshop if need, drive plant operation/ quality system improvement.
？ And more if required

Key Competencies
? Quality Management experience with latest version of ISO/TS16949, not less than five years, very strong on TS16949 automotive industry Quality system knowledge and experience
? Qualified latest version of ISO/TS16949 internal auditor is must
? Familiar with core tools / processes of Automotive Industry, e.g. APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Problem Solving, Layered Process Audit… etc
? Understand customer specific requirements for quality systems, e.g. Ford Q1, General Motor QSB, VW Formel Q… etc
? Excellent communication, teamwork, cross functional working experience, competency & skills
? Good working attitude and ability to work at pressure
? Positive thinking / working style
? Strong analytical skills & organizational skills to coordinate requirements of position
? Demonstrated strong management & leadership skill & abilities
? Self-starter with the ability to work in a global/regional/cross functional team environment

Education & Work Experience

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, quality, or management related

Language: Fluent English language skill

Experience:
？ Minimum 8 years working experience in manufacturing/engineering /quality function in automotive industry;
？ Minimum 3-5 years quality system working experience in International Automotive industry;
？ Minimum 2~3 years regional management / support experience


？ Familiar with automotive industry product design and manufacturing process, material handling, logistic … processes;
？ Project management skill, cross functional working skill and experience;
