A. Basic Purpose and Function目的和职能:
1. Purpose: To provide technical support and service for electrical equipments so as to ensure that production equipments are in good running status. 目的：对公司所有设备维修工作的电气方面给予技术支持及服务，确保生产设备的良好运行状态。
2. Function: to address problems unsolved by maintenance workers and make potential problems estimate; to provide maintenance guidance and testing for CNC, PLC and other controlled equipments,; to make adjustment and design for old machine tools; to improve, manage and design workshop power distribution; Instruct electricians to do preventative maintenance; To select needed equipments spare parts.职能：解决维修电工的维修中的疑难问题并做出故障判断；对采用CNC、PLC等控制设备进行维护及调试；对老的机床电路进行改进及设计；对车间配电进行管理、设计及改进；指导电工实施预防性维修工作；对需要的设备电器类备件选型；

B. Responsibilities:
1. To provide technical support for maintenance workers in tool machines maintenance在机床设备维修工作中给维修电工提供技术支持
2. Exam and maintain CNC and PLC. 对CNC、PLC等进行检查、维修；
3. Direct electricians to have a preventative maintenance to electrical devices 指导电工对设备电气进行预防性检查及维护
4. To carry out factory power usage management 对工厂用电管理
5. To assist the supervisor in the continuous improvement of maintenance work, to carry out analysis of the typical equipment failures and take measures协助主管对维修工作的持续改进，对设备典型故障进行分析并采取措施
6. To apply for spare parts purchasing and submit to related departments , at the same time, finish tracking. 作好设备的配件购买申请及交付、使用跟踪
7. Rebuild equipments circuit对设备电路及控制进行改造
8. To accomplish other tasks temporarily assigned by the superior完成上级临时指派的任务

C. Qualification:
1. College degree or above, with basic computer application skills.专科以上学历，基本的计算机应用
2. 3 years experience in electrical equipments maintenance and management at the basic level. 3年以上年设备电气维修及基层管理经验
3. Be familiar with heavy current , high voltage and weak current knowledge 熟练的强电及高压供电知识，懂得弱电知识；
4. Mast CNC, PLC control system 掌握CNC、PLC控制系统；
5. Comprehend factory power distribution, dry-type transformer and understand power supply and power distribution system. One with high voltage operation certificate is in priority. 了解工厂配电，干式变压器；熟悉供电和配电规范，有高压操作证的优先考虑；
6. Excellent English英语熟练；
7. Proficient in Office skills, especially drawing software, e.g. Auto CAD. 熟练的Office技巧，熟悉制图软件，如：Auto CAD等
