A. Basic Purpose and Function:
Explore, recommend, and procure the safest and most efficient equipment, tooling, and necessary vendor services to provide production with the necessary equipments and tooling to pack final product. Review, interpret and adhere to company, customer and industry specifications and requirements for packaging and incorporate them into packing design.

B. Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement manufacturing process in order to produce quality parts in accordance to customer specifications within allocated budget controls.
2. Explore/design/install manufacturing process equipment/JIG/Fixture/Tooling.
3. Develop and documentation of process work instruction.
4. Prepare the BOM based on the defined manufacturing process.
5. Deliver operation training to production trainer.
6. Work on continuous improvement through waste reduction, process simplification and standardization of task.
7. Prepare monthly report to report out progress update

C. Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering Machinery or Mechanical Design
2. 2-3 years experience in machine design or process design of mechanical industry.
3. 2-3 years experience in Assembly Process design, preferably rich experience in Hydraulic System Assembly.
4. Sufficient knowledge about assembly.
5. Good communication skill
