Main Responsibilities
-Manage execution for trading, tolling and intercompany stock transfer
-Deal with out-of-forecast demand
-Support Regional SC manager for control inventory
-Coordinate creation of new items and contribute to new flows create
-Responsible for internal customers demand follow-up, forecasts and orders
-Support sales team with deal administration; issuing / distributing contracts.
-Support sales team by providing information and analysis, on the basis of commercial activity undertaken by the team.
-Involve the SAP system transition to make sure smooth go live on next Jan
-Assist with any departmental tasks and opportunities.
Requirements
-Bachelor degree with good knowledge of domestic and international trading and supply chain
-Know-how about SAP is a plus.
-More than 3 years of similar experience in customer service or supply chain/logistics is preferred.
-Well master of English.
-Good intelligential ability
-The ability to communicate confidently and clearly, both verbally and in writing, with people inside the company and external contacts.
-Fully developed IT skills, including proficiency in Word; Excel; Power Point etc.
-A highly organized and flexible approach to work, including the ability to prioritize workload
