职位描述：
q Familiar with the electronics product fabrication process & plastic injection process.
q Maintenance and optimize the plastic quality system using multiple quality approaches. (DMAIC, Kaizen, DoE, etc.)
q Drive the Production Quality Performance. ( FTQ, Non-quality cost…)
q Lead the customer and in-house rolling quality activities .
q Response and satisfy the customer quality requirements .
q Support the new program flawless launch with required quality deliverables accomplishment.
q Team coaching &capability development.
q Quality system implementation and compliance
q PBU quality Window for both customer and in-house quality
q Drive the problem solving and risk assessment with structuring thinking skills.
q Lead the Post CT program change Implementation
Major Qualifications:
q Bachelor degree in Electronic Mechanical Engineering, semiconductor and electronics background are preferred.
q Minimum 6 years quality experience plus minimum 3 year management role experience.
q Experience with the production line and customer quality improvement ,Box-build experience is highly preferred.
q Strong convince & influence abilities to interact with customers and internal team.
q Strong quality sense and problem solving structure thinking.
q Leadership skills on cross function team
q Fluent in English (verbal & written)
q Good communication skill.
q Six Sigma certification (preferred)
q Tooling or painting experience is a plus. 举报 分享
