职位描述：
1. Raw material complaints and complaints to sub-contractors:
? Coordinate complaint creation and evidence and internal cost collection
? Follow up all complaints incl. 8D-report analysis and costs
? Escalate unsolvable problems via supplier development
? Monitor and track complaint KPIs
2. Supplier audits:
? Support process audits at suppliers in the region
? Audit local suppliers with plan based on incident history
? Coordinate audit plan with supplier development
? Follow-up of improvement actions at the suppliers
3. Process improvements:
- As the result of RM complaints actively support to improve internal or supplier processes
- Involvement in quality projects related to new materials, packaging and/or suppliers
- Standardize complaint initiation and follow up processes (report, 8D-acceptance) Compliance to procedures:
4. Ensure usage of SAP according to requirements of QM
? As a result of complaints assure quality qualification of local suppliers
? Coordinate complaints of plant to plant deliveries
? Act as secondary approver of PPAP for suppliers and sub-contractors

Qualification资质要求:
？ 1. Qualification in an Engineering or scientific field
？ 2. 2 – 3 years in manufacturing, preferably chemical industry or 2 – 3 years Quality Management
？ 3. 2 – 3 years in R&D and/or in QM
？ 4. International travelling and communication (English)
？ 5. Clear and open communication, leading and steering, passion and commitment, coaching others
？ 6.Auditor according: VDA 6.3 and ISO TS 16949
？ 7. Quality Management Systems (ISO/TS 16949)
？ 8.Manufacturing Process
？ 9.Quality management tools (FMEA, 8D, SPC,PPAP, APQP etc.) and audits
？10. Problem solving tools
？11.Knowledge of IT tools: SAP, IMS, Sharepoint
