职位描述：
Main tasks and activities:
1.1. Marketing strategy
1.1.1. Own the corporate marketing strategy. Periodically review market position / corporate brand perception with Sales Director, and define the planned corporate marketing activities to be carried out. Look for opportunities to increase brand awareness.
1.1.2. Investigate opportunities with partner companies within our group companies.
1.1.3. Work with brands on a periodic (annual) review of market conditions and use this to define a marketing strategy for each brand. This should be the basis for the marketing activities, and budget for each brand.
1.2. Structure and Organisation
1.2.1. Ensure the group marketing structure supports the group’s planned marketing activities, and that there is clear responsibility within each brand and subsidiary for the relevant marketing activities.
1.2.2. Lead a cross-brand working group to share marketing best practice and standardize procedures.
1.3. Budget and Controlling
1.3.1. Foster a return on investment approach to marketing expenditure across the whole group, to ensure value for money.
1.3.2. Set, own and manage the budget for corporate marketing – be responsible for delivering corporate marketing activities within the budget.
1.3.3. Work with brands to set a marketing budget and KPI’s, and report brands’ performance against agreed KPI’s.
1.4. Corporate/Group Brand
1.4.1. Ensure a clear and coordinated SW Group brand and a single voice across all brands, subsidiaries and all communication channels
1.4.2. Encourage a strong customer focus, aligned to “Fit for Purpose” and the “Challenger Sales Approach” in all marketing materials across the business.
1.4.3. Maintain clear brand guidelines
1.4.4. Maintain a central repository for images, logos, and templates
1.4.5. Maintain a marketing signoff process to ensure external communications meets an appropriate standard
1.5. Execution of marketing activities
1.5.1. corporate marketing activities across different communication channels in line with the marketing strategy
1.5.2. Develop communication strategies and materials for company-wide developments and initiatives (e.g. Plasma, Bluesign)
1.5.3. Support brands to marketing activities
1.6. Execution of web activities
1.6.1. Define, in line with the overall marketing strategy, a digital strategy for developing a new website that meets the marketing goals of both the brands, subsidiaries and ZYS.
1.6.2. Manage the development of a new website(s）
1.6.3. Own the content and maintenance of the ZYS website.
1.6.4. Ensure the structures and tools exist for brands and subsidiaries to manage their own content, incl. external providers
1.7. Execution PR
1.7.1. Maintain a Group PR and communication strategy
1.8. Maintain a central register of external marketing providers
1.9. Plan and corporate sponsorship, and related activities to promote SW Group brands
Qualification:

Competencies (knowledge and abilities, skills, attitudes):

2.1.1. Technical knowledge: Basic knowledge in textiles
2.1.2. Foreign language/s: Very good English skills
2.1.3. PC skills: Very good MS-Office & Web Pro skills
