职位描述：
Main tasks and activities:
1. Manage the daily work of department to ensure its normal operation, accomplish various functions, plan and aim of the department;
2. Formulate and improve organization structure, division of responsibility, work procedure and regulation, work plan of the department;
3. Be responsible for the quality management, make the quality development planning according to the market action;
4. Organize all quality-test related work
5. Guide the technical reformation and introduction which improves product quality and participate in new products design review, design verification, prototype identification and other related check work.
6. Plan all product quality- and test-related tasks, write the test strategies;
7. Organize and implement quality training programs for all personnel in different posts regularly;
8. Deal with the complaints, claims and return of goods because of the products quality problems;
9. Prevent unqualified product from release;
10. Attend company meeting and pass on the company’s aim and tasks to relevant personnel; chair the regular meeting of the department and draw up the annual, quarterly and monthly work plan;
11. Establish post responsibility system, organize the staff training and assessment, draw up relevant business targets within the department and be responsible for good performance appraisal management;
12. Coordinate and oversee the activities and results of the subordinates
13. Strengthen collaboration with the Production department, R&D department, Sales department and Administrative department;
14. Take part in the resources management of the department;
15. Take part in the budget, budget enforcement and cost control;
16. Work with team for project;
17. Organize and maintain Quality module in INTEX for Suedwolle group;
18. Test maintenance of the equipment;
19. Audit suppliers, inspect and control incoming;
20. Set the quality standards according to customers’ requirement. 举报 分享
