Job Dimensions
*The SSC Accounts Payable (AP) Processing is responsible for processing vendor invoices and follow up activities involving monitoring automatic posting in SAP, etc.
Major activities and accountabilities
-Monitor automatic three-way match and request for additional information from relative Business Unit
-Launch workflow for quantity and/or price variance for intolerant variance incurred and communicate with responsible business contact for validation
-Manual block of invoices which involve BA Payment
-Perform VAT registration on specific VAT machine
-Monitor and ensure all accounting entries have been automatically processed in SAP
-Clear invoice and corresponding accrual if applicable and post problematic invoices once all the validation and information required has been received
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
-College degree or above major in accounting, more than 3 years experience of AP processing
-Finance and Accounting knowledge
-Good read and written English
-Good knowledge of SAP
-Self-motivated, detail-oriented and proactive
-Able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks
