职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Build up extensive and deep relationships within customer's organization and network in the industry, especially at senior management level
? Achieve annual growth and profit objectives by executing Key Account Management strategies with a good planning of sales activities in the territory
? Work closely with customers to offer premium “solution-based” offerings, selling values to customers.
? Provide basic technical solutions to technical issues (trouble shootings, regular customer calls, on-demand technical requests and training of internal/external customers etc.)
? Strictly follow company finance and credit policy to ensure AR performance
? Responsible for rolling forecast to meet customer needs and CIBM requirements
? Development of non-CA applications
? Proactively gather and analyze market dynamics and competitor information.

Qualifications:
? BS University Degree or above, chemical, chemical engineering background is a plus.
? Working experience in Chlor-Alkaline industry/PVC is a plus.
? 5+ years technical Sales experience in chemical or chemical engineering industry.
? Being mature, having strong networking skill and abilities to build up sustainable customer relationships at multiple levels.
? Highly self-motivated and results oriented, good interpersonal skill, strong team player, adaptable to working in matrix organization.
? Work under pressure with earnest attitudes.
? Good learning capability.
? Willing to travel frequently.
? Good command of English, both writing and speaking.
