职位描述：
Office administration:
? Liaise with landlord/property management and make sure various services are in good order
? Manage office supply vendors and make sure various office supplies and facilities are in good order
? Focal point for Internal communication, coordination and administration
? Other office general administration and cross functional related tasks and responsibilities.

Sales Support:
? Provide professional secretary support to business managers as well as the team
? Sales contracts management and general communication with internal and external clients
? Generate regular standardized reports and basic data analysis based on managers' guidelines
? Manipulate data into formats including tables and charts for effective presentation/communication
? Provide general support on business related events
? Coordinate and manage managers’ calendars, appointments and global meeting schedules
? Support of business trip arrangements
? Help the oversea visitors on China trips
? Travel expenses report management
? Other business assignments based on managers’ instructions

Qualification:
? 2-5 years work experiences
? Excellent Chinese and English communication skills
? Be able to handle multi-tasks under pressure
? Strong inter-personal and communication skills, easygoing but firm
? Responsible, patient, careful, hardworking, and quick to learn
