Job Description:
1. Manage administrative and logistic tasks:
- Meetings arrangements, taking minutes, filing, draft agenda and brief letters, etc.
- Logistics support for visitors, such as agenda and traveling coordination
- Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases; managing filing systems;
- Recording office and school expenditure;
- Maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;
- Resolve problems and provide timely response to faculty concerns;
2. Work with Academic team on all Academic operations and related tasks for the School.
3. Support for all Academic activities for the School, maintain and update student file & master data and provide related report
periodically.
