职位描述：
Job Dimensions
-Accountable for creating and maintaining a safe &environmental-friendly operations of fluorochemical production unit within responsible area including the respect of Chinese regulations and Arkema requirements.
-Coordinate with French Process team and R&D team, production/Technical department and/or other resources to prioritize process improvements.
-Coordinate with production/Technical department and Arkema China Engineering team to review and support implementation of new project in Arkema Changshu.
-Deep knowledge of several processes (at least one process)
-Responsible for studies (process development and/or process engineering) for industrial capital projects – up to 100 MRMB, or for plant supports (2 to 5 studies carried out simultaneously)

Major activities and accountabilities
1. Safety:
-Be responsible for ISRS management of process department.
-Accountable for safety performance within own responsible area.
-To check safety procedure within own responsible area (process, equipment, instrument etc)
-To consider operation procedure and safety measurement when unit start-up, shutdown, overhaul, revamp or process -To consider safety measurement during planning, design, revamp and overhaul. Lead process risk analysis (PRA, HAZOP…)
-To attend accident investigation/analysis within own responsible area.
2. Operation:
-To validate MOC and update master PID accordingly; update related production unit/ Utilities PID annually.
-Efficiently coordinate with French team, ACE and Production team to implement new project in ACF.
-Initiate and support product quality and yield improvement, process / capacity improvements.
-Prepare and organize process meeting and action follow up. Prepare monthly process report.
3. Management:
-Effectively manage process activities.
-Coordinate/Lead process improvement tasks.
4. Others
-Tasks assigned by department manager or company.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1.Knowledge:
-Master degree or above.
-Chemical engineering or equivalent knowledge of chemical processes.
2. Skills:
-Process control regarding analysis and optimization of processes.
-Flexible, straightforward and independent.
-Be familiar with Excel, PPT and Word.
-Good written and oral English. Aspen simulation is a plus.
3.Experience:
-2 or more years of chemical plant operating experience in continuous production plant.
-Process safety involvement in risk analysis, hazard analysis, proper design and use of equipment.
4. Abilities:
-Able to handle confidential information appropriately.
-Able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks.
