职位描述：
1、MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责
? Implement production supervisor’s requirement.
? Plans work assignments, directs tasks and assists in achieving production objectives.
? Assists with employee, process, and quality issues as well as first level corrective actions.
? Assists with managing scrap, hourly production rate to standard, efficiency, downtime and overtime.
? Coordinates production activities with support functions such as maintenance, materials, manufacturing engineering, quality, safety, etc.
? Check operator’s training level and work discipline, responsible for developing the skills of manufacturing personnel through coaching, training, motivating and counseling.
? Ensures open lines of communication among shifts, with the line supervisors and all appropriate support personnel.
? Responsible for maintaining elements of safety and cleanliness for assigned manufacturing lines.
? Review lines hourly performance and follow immediate action progress
? Monitor and improve lines’ manpower efficiency and balance the requirement
? Drive and follow long term action progress and effect
? Emergency issue handling
? Backup of production supervisor and line leader
? Assists with line leader performance evaluations.
? Complies with and supports the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies and procedures.
? Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of a safe working environment.

? Basic English comprehension.
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
