职位描述：
? Support production line on the shift to resolve equipment issue
? Support production line on the shift to resolve process issue
? Participate in TPM/PM activities
? Assist engineer to work on the line upgrade
? Assist engineer to manage spare parts
? Work together with production team to optimize operation process to maximize output
? Work with engineer to improve process pass yield and reduce down time
? Participate in continuous improvement program
? As rep. of department on the shift, need to communicate with production and quality shift support team in terms of equipment and process issues.
? Collect equipment and process related data from shift and prepare shift down time report for engineer’s analysis 举报 分享
