Job Dimensions:
The job holder is responsible to assisting Accounts Payable Manager to manage the processing of all accounts payables and ensure daily operation is well performed.

Main Responsibilities:
*Safety:
1. Comply with company’s safety policy & procedure and disseminate the company’s safety culture within department.
2. Participant in safety inspection which organized by company as on duty manager, eliminate potential risk under his operation and related area.
3. Organize and attend accident & incident investigation relate to his/her own department, be responsible for organizing and analyzing the root cause for it, take corrective and preventive action.
4. Arrange process domain staff to attend safety production & fire-fighting training and HSE emergency drilling held by company.

*Finance:
1. Assisting Accounts Payable Manager to supervise and train Accounts Payable personnel, provide clear instruction to team members.
2. To assisting Accounts Payable Manager to ensure suitable controls are maintained within accounts payable operating environment.
3. Leverage strong financial expertise to provide insight into SSC implementation and process improvement.
4. To assisting Accounts Payable Manager to ensure compliance with AP processes and SLAs.
5. Assisting Accounts Payable Manager to manage the AP team for daily AP work, such as review AP statements for past due amounts, month/quarter/year end closing and reconciliation, prevent risks and solve problems, ensure work efficiency and timeliness.
6. Maintain transparent and efficient communication with stakeholders and ensure high-quality service delivery on timely manner, cooperate with other functions in the SSC to provide integrated service and solve the payment issues.
7. Provide support to external/internal audit related to AP.
8. Work on ad-hoc project if needed.

*Management:
1. Assisting Accounts Payable Manager to set the objective for process domain and deliver the objective to each subordinates to ensure the department objective can be achieved
2. Assisting Accounts Payable Manager to train and coach subordinates to maximize the performance of process domain
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above with accounting, finance and related education background
2. Good understanding of accounting flow, process management and optimization as well as business knowledge
3. Working experience in a MNC environment with 8+ years experienced in finance department and at least 2+ years experienced in management level, experience in SSC is preferred. SAP knowledge is a plus.
4. Strong communication skills and people influence skills
5. Strong analytical skill.
6. Fluent English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing
