职位描述：
Purpose of position:
Responsible for full spectrum of accounting function relating to compliance to local and Group accounting standards and tax laws/regulations, closing and reporting requirements, as gatekeeper of quality of ledgers/financial statements and reconciliation, fulfillment of tasks within due dates, as key user of ERP system (Accpac / SAP) and train other users, preparation/analysis of supporting schedules of financial statements, support in preparations and closure of interim and year-end financial audit, team development, etc.

Main job responsibilities:
1.In-depth knowledge in China CAS, IFRS and tax regulations
2.Organize routine accounting, closing, reporting, analyses, budget/forecast tasks, completion within due dates and ensuring higher standard of data quality
3.As a key user of ERP system (Accpac/SAP) and train other users
4.Close involvement in daily operations (cross functions) and effective problem-solving
5.Efficiently manage time and multiple tasks to achieve high productivity
6.Review monthly tax filing and tax risk control of all offices
7.Regular review of fixed asset register, update of changes, initiate and reporting of annual physical count of fixed assets
8.Enure proper accounting records and archives
9.Able to interact effectively across the organization with strong communication skill
10.Support in interim and annual financial audit, and internal audit
11.Build and maintain good relationships with auditors, tax authorities, etc.
12.Effective team training and development.

Job requirements:
1.Education level: Accounting Degree / ACCA
2.Work experience: Accounting function and minum 5 years in MNC environment. Audit experience would be an advantage minum 3 years in audit firm will be plus.
3.Core Competence:
1) Good interpersonal and communication skill.
2)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills experience in cross-functional cooperation
4.English Skills:Proficiency in English language (written and oral),CET 6 or 8
5.Personailities: Able to handle work pressure from multiple tasks and be productive,organize, systematic, forward-looking,Business and compliance minded,positive with "can do" mindset
6.Functional Competence: Familiar with ERP system; IFRS, China GAAP, Microsoft Office,SAP, advance skill in Excel, Word, ppt.Resourceful in keeping abreast on changes in legislations relating to functional responsibilities resourcefulness in updating latest development to superiors/team 举报 分享
