职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
· Focuses on reliability issues and not fire fighting issues
· Facilitation of root cause investigations (RCI)
· Identifying critical equipments, develop equipment maintenance strategies including critical spare part lists
· Development of models to identify the unit operations, equipment, process, etc. with the highest value of opportunities for reliability improvement
· Evaluation and quantification of projects such as equipment reconfigurations, design changes, equipment repair strategies, turnaround optimization, LOPC reduction, etc. to meet customer (production plants) needs
· Collection, analysis, and presentation of asset utilization (esp. %AMR) and cost data to develop and prioritize a list of reliability opportunities
· Evaluation of effectiveness of individual aspects of the PPM program by showing quantitatively the impact of PPM actions on failure rates
· Validation of the impact of corrective actions on reliability performance

· Leveraging validated solutions across site or other biz sites globally
· Providing reliability expertise to capital and maintenance projects
· Use of reliability engineering principles and tools (Weibull, RCI, FMEA) to increase %AMR
· Participation in plant health studies and efforts (e.g. FCA) to implement corrective actions to maintain or improve plant health
· Support the maintenance and operations organization to change into a Highly Reliability Organization

 
Qualifications
· Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
· Any previous experience related to Six Sigma methodologies and their application will be viewed positively (e.g. BB, GBPL or GB certification)
· A minimum of five years experience in maintenance or other M&E functions is desired
· Strong knowledge of reliability techniques, tools, and work processes
· Strong overall mechanical equipment knowledge with advanced knowledge in one specific area at least
· Knowledge of Loss Prevention Principles (LPP)
· Basic knowledge of predictive preventive maintenance (PPM) strategies and possibilities
· Strong expertise of materials and construction technology
· Bias for EH&S in daily tasks. The incumbent demonstrates EH&S priority and commitment through personal behavior and accelerates the EH&S culture of the maintenance organization and all supported plants to deliver ZERO EH&S events. Focus especially on maintenance related LOPC reduction.
· Mindset of entrepreneurship in terms of full cost of operations. Strong focus to optimize maintenance costs vs. asset mechanical reliability (%AMR)
