职位描述：
MAJOR ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要工作和责任：
1. Safety 安全
-Keep plant running in safe manner and improve safety performances;
保持工厂安全运行并改进安全隐患
-Fully responsible for production unit safety and staff's health, transfer safety information, rules, regulations and criteria from company or government in time;
对本车间安全生产和职工健康全面负责；及时传达贯彻上级或政府有关安全生产的指令、规定、标准；
-Regularly organize and train staff to learn SOP and safety procedures, safety education, correct the unsafe behaviours;
定期组织工人学习工艺操作规程和安全技术规程，并经常进行安全生产和防护知识教育，纠正各种违章违纪行为；
-Organize and update SOP and implement it; Organize the emergency response plan and drill;
组织制定、修订生产操作规程，并负责贯彻落实；组织制定事故应急救援预案，并适时组织演练。
-Organize shift team safety and fire-fighting checking, follow up the corrective actions;
组织班组开展安全、防火检查，跟踪落实隐患整改；
-Strictly supervise staff for wearing PPE, ensure the staff working safely and body health; In case of incident happens, organize to do rescue and report to company, responsible to find the root cause and take actions to correct.
严格监督上岗职工劳动保护穿戴，保证上岗职工的人身安全和身体健康； 发生事故时，立即组织抢救，保护好现场并立即报告有关部门，负责查明事故原因和采取防范措施。
-Organize department safety drills and support platform safety drills;
组织部门安全演习并支持基地的安全演习活动
-Organize SOS observation activity 24/24h 7/7 day, review and follow up the action plan.
组织本部门的SOS观察活动, 回顾和跟踪SOS活动的行动计划
2. In charge of environmental protection, maintenance and housekeeping jobs etc., execute and coordinate the production plan and task on time
环保、维修和清洁卫生工作等事项；完成并协调生产计划和任务
-Keep plant running with proper environmental protection;
保持工厂环保运行
-Coordinate with technical dept. for maintenance, keep equipment running in good conditions; Keep plant cleaning etc.
与技术部协调进行维修活动，确保设备运行良好；保持工厂清洁卫生等
-Plan and schedule maintenance with Tech. Dept. support, before, during and between main planned shutdown. Regularly review and follow up the maintenance work with to strictly respect production plan
定期与技术部回顾车间的维修工作内容，制定停车期间的设备检修计划并跟踪维修质量和维修进度以确保维修及生产计划能严格执行；
-Improve equipment reliability;
提高设备运行的可靠性
-Follow production plan, review raw materials and auxiliary materials, fulfil the production;
根据生产计划，跟踪原辅材料，保质保量完成生产；
-Solve the problems happened in production such as safety, quality & yield etc.
解决生产过程中出现的安全、质量和产量等各种问题
3. Production site management, human resource management, conduct or participate training for staff
负责生产现场5S管理以及人员安排，指导或参与培训员工
-Lead the 5S site management, human resource arrangement;
推行5S现场管理，上班人员的安排
-Be responsible for shift employees’ management, coordination.
负责倒班人员的人员管理、协调
-Coordinate and solve the problems between shifts;
协调和处理班组之间在生产中出现的各种问题
-Annual objective setting and PMS review for shift team
倒班团队的年度目标设定和PMS review
-Conduct or participate training for staff.
指导或参与培训员工
4. Others其他:
-Cost control (materials/utilities/staff etc.);
控制成本和费用（原料、公用工程和人员等）
-Abide national and local government laws, regulations; Abide company’s safety policy, regulations, discipline and procedures; Abide SOP, ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 requirements
遵守国家和当地政府的法律、法规；遵守公司的安全政策、规定、纪律和程序；遵守SOP/ISO9001/ISO14001/ OHSAS18001的要求

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES 所需的知识、技能和能力
-College or above degree with majored in macromolecule materials, chemical engineering, chemical process, the related
大专及以上学历，高分子材料、化学工程、化学工艺等相关专业
-5+ years’ working experience in chemical industry and at least 3+ years’ working experience in management role. Working experience in MNC are preferred
5年以上化工企业工作经验，3年以上管理经验。跨国企业相关工作经验优先
-Fluent in English
英文须流利
-Strong communication skills & leadership skills
优秀的沟通能力及领导能力
-Be able to work under high stress to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks
能够在压力下完成和处理各种任务
-Self-motivated, independent and proactive
