Job Dimension: In charge of Procurement for designated business units or categories (mainly for lab equipment and consumables) complying with Arkema purchasing policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
1)Working under Arkema purchasing procedure to complete below tasks on time: FRI/RFQ, price analysis, PO place, expediting, contractual disputes handling, payment application and etc…
2)Well manage procurement information including but not limited: RFI, price analysis, PR & contract, saving information, supplier QCD information…
3)Communicate with PR applicant regularly, maintain good working phenomenon and high level customer satisfaction
4)Participate in supplier on-site investigation and organize annual appraisal
5)Collect purchasing data and make related analysis to complete monthly report and ensure the monthly report is provided on time and accuracy
Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree with majored in engineering (mechanical, instrument, electrical etc. ). Be familiar with the chemical machinery and parts of electrical and instrument.
2.At least 5+ years working experience related. The experience in chemical industry preferred
3.Good command in English
4.Good interpersonal and communication skills
5.Team work spirit
