职位描述：
一、岗位职责
1、严格遵守公司HSE的各项规章制度.
2、使用，维护张家港技术中心合成实验室及仪器, 使其持续处于高效，整洁，安全的状态.
3、使用, 维护张家港技术中心小试工厂(Pilot plant), 使其持续处于安全, 高效, 整洁的状态.
4、负责研发项目的具体实施, 完成工艺开发、工艺优化和工艺放大实验.
5、负责完成实验报告, 项目进展报告和项目总结报告.
6、参与张家港工厂持续改善项目, 降低成本和提高产能.
7、从研发到生产部门的技术转移过程中, 作为产品工艺负责人，负责生产工艺设计、产品工艺规程撰写、工艺验证方案/报告撰写、工艺培训.
8、负责产品日常工艺管理, 支持工厂的Trouble-shooting和偏差根本原因调查.
9、协助技术经理完成其他任务.

二、任职资格
1、本科或硕士研究生学历，化学或药物化学专业.
2、本科学历要求3年以上在制药企业研发部（R&D）或工艺开发部(PD)工作经验.
3、具备高度的责任心.
4、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神.
5、具有扎实的有机化学, 合成化学, 药物化学相关的理论知识.
6、熟练掌握合成实验室化合物制备和分离技能, 具备一定的化合物结构解析能力.
7、良好的中英文读写能力，能熟练查阅英文文献.
8、具备小试工厂管理和工艺放大经验更佳.
