职位描述：
Responsibilities:
工作职责：
1. To keep the facility system running smoothly and make sure of the energy supply for production area, also provide a comfortable environment for office and production area. Main public facility systems: electricity supply system, compressed air system, central air conditional system, water supply and drainage system, monitoring camera system, fire alarm system, drinking water system. etc..
负责工厂公用设施系统的日常运行，保证生产能源供应，同时为同事提供良好的办公及生产环境；公用设施主要系统：供电系统，压缩空气系统，中央空调系统，给排水系统，监控系统，消防警报系统，软水及纯水系统，等等；
2. Set daily operation regulations, supervise and analyze the operation data, predict potential problems and solve timely..
制定日常点检制度，监督并分析运行参数，提前发现系统的潜在问题并及时解决；
3. Work out the project plan for preventive maintenance and repair of the public facility.
编制公用设施的预防性保养及大型设备大修计划；
4. Work out the WI，documents for trouble solving, training and coaching for technician team.
编制设备操作指引，异常处理流程，对操作员培训及指导；
5. According to the development of the production department, cooperate and fulfill relevant energy supply task; upgrade relevant system in the requirement of other divisions.
根据生产部门的发展计划，及时配合完成相关水电气能源的扩充供应；根据其他部门的需求，完成相关的系统改造；
6. Real time processing for system abnormality to ensure the uninterrupted energy supply for the whole plant, analyze the reason of the abnormality and take relative measure against further problems.
及时处理系统的异常，确保工厂运营不间断；分析系统异常原因并采取相应措施预防后续的发生；
7. Arrange and supplement the spare parts for facility system, set ample stock and timely replenishment.
计划、完善设施系统的备件，制定合理的安全库存并及时补充库存；
8. Special equipment management: daily operation, TPM and annual audit of lifts, transformer, pressure pipes.
特种设备管理：电梯、变压器、锅炉、压力管道等日常运行保养；年度检测；
9. Supervise out sourced facility projects conduction, make sure match with company requirements.
监督外包设施设备项目执行，确保达到公司要求；
10. Other assignments or tasks from supervisor or leaders.
上级交办的其他任务和工作。

Qualifications:
任职要求：
1. College degree or above, major in electro mechanics, HVAC, water supply and drainage, automatic control.
机电、暖通、给排水、自控专业专科及以上学历
2. More than three years operation and maintenance work experience in large factory.
3年以上大型工厂运行及维护经验
3. New factory decoration supervising experiences is preferred.
有新工厂装修管理经验为佳
4. Basic English command on read and writing.

In 1994, still in the pioneering days of a new product named Micro Fiber, a local cleaning company in Dal, Norway received a sample of a new cleaning product to use in their day to day cleaning. They soon realized the enormous potential that this new product could have on today’s cleaning methods. Soon thereafter, the Norwegian operating company, Eidsvoll Miljprodukter, went into business selling, marketing and further developing micro fiber as a material used in modern cleaning products.
