Responsibilities
1.In coordination with Italian Headquarter will manage all marketing activities, in detail:
2.Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
3.Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company guidelines and objectives
4.Mapping the market for APAC and provides suggestions to Headquarter on how to improve marketing activities
5.Updating continuously the full potential of our current and future customers
6.Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
7.Overseeing and respect the assigned marketing budget
8.Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
9.Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
10.Manage and improve campaigns, measuring results
11.Local responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
12.Overseeing online and print marketing campaigns
13.Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
14.Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
Qualifications:
? Has solid experience in marketing especially in increasing brand awareness
? Has solid experience with regulatory submissions for pharmaceutical, biological products, and medical device in China and Asia markets
? Uses technical and scientific knowledge to conduct the appropriate analysis of regulatory submission documentation
? Is willing to learn and expand expertise to new product areas and markets
? Operates independently to resolve complex issues and manage regulatory risks within project teams
? Manages the resolution of regulatory issues with project/program stakeholders
? Investigates opportunities for regulatory innovation / promote the use of novel approaches within project team to resolve issues and problems
? Collaborates effectively across a network of other stakeholders, partners and customers, to deliver high quality submissions and support the overall quality system compliance
Education and Experience
? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Scientific area and 10+ years of relevant experience in China and Asia region
? Strong experience in marketing with a robust ability to prepare marketing campaigns, increase brand awareness and finally boast sales of products
? Must have a broad functional knowledge of injectable drugs and medical device development.
? Candidate should demonstrate:
o Leadership skills, influencing and persuading skills
o Excellent cross-cultural awareness and understanding
o Strategic thinking and decision making
o Team collaboration
o Excellent planning, organizational and project management skills
o Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
Others Skills Requirements
? Chinese mother tongue
? Full proficient in reading, writing, understanding and talking English
? Technical and scientific understanding of drug development with technical writing skills
? May serve as Subject Matter Expert in medical device or drug products and be recognized as a regulatory resource for expertise in device-related regulatory issues
? Competent working knowledge of computer based systems such as Microsoft Office, controlled documentation systems
? Ability to learn and navigate tracking/change control systems, compliant and consistent use of systems (including GMP validated systems) and willingness to train and support others in system use
? Technical expertise in glass is a clear advantage in order to keep relationships with local authorities
? Experience in pharma glass industries is considered a plus
