职位描述：
1、负责常熟地区市场渠道的开拓和管理维护，制定渠道策划、渠道开发等方面的发展规划，并组织实施；
2、负责开拓常熟市场渠道，执行和实施各种市场推广活动；
3、跟进推广活动效果及数据收集管理；
4、收集整理活动反馈信息，提供市场推广活动的整改建议；
5、根据公司销售计划，制定渠道拓展计划；
6、负责潜在渠道客户的沟通、拜访和维护；
7、完成上级交办的其它工作。

岗位要求：
1、专科及以上学历，金融、经济、市场营销类专业优先；
2、3年以上工作经验，有相关工作经验者优先；
3、突出的市场公关能力，良好的公共关系网络，在国内有良好的人脉关系；咨询、银行、市场、销售经验者或有国外生活、学习经历者或行业从业经验者优先；
4、 良好的人际沟通、执行力、管理协调能力，较强的团队协作意识；
5、 具有丰富的营销策划能力、市场洞察力和市场推广能力，能独立开展市场开发工作，积极参与公司活动；
6、有培训机构、商会、协会、会所、媒体、高尔夫、奢侈品、汽车、金融机构、高端房产等渠道资源优先考虑。
