Job Dimensions
*The job holder is responsible for administering T&E report,
*communicate with T&E requester for missing information and post T&E report manually on demand.
Major activities and accountabilities
1.Match T&E report as well as original documents and invoices.
2.Control coherence of business plan with T&E report such as compliance with travel period and invoices date
3.Check accuracy of invoices such as company title, amount, etc.
4.Check cost centre and expense type in T&E system and match with original invoices
5.Validate truthfulness of invoices
6.Contact the requester for additional information by mail/phone if the expenses evidence is insufficient (supporting document missing, etc.)
7.Post the travel & expense in the accounting system once all the prerequisites are completed and checked
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1.College degree or above major in accounting, 1-2 year experience of AP processing
2.Finance and Accounting knowledge
3.Be familiar with T&E system
4.Good read and written English
5.Good knowledge of SAP
6.Self-motivated, detail-oriented and proactive
7.Able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks
