Job Dimensions工作范围:

? Keep the I/E equipment in good status and carry out maintenance safely
? 保持电气仪表设备在良好状态并安全维修
? In charge of implementation of improving I/E equipment and process
? 负责电气仪表设备与程序的改进
? To prepare or update the preventive maintenance plan, spare parts plan, technical documents etc.
? 准备或者更新预防性维修计划，备件计划，技术文件
? Daily management of instrument calibration room.
? 仪表校验间的日常管理
? Support site I/E engineer to solve the difficult problems.
? 协助现场工程师处理较为复杂的电气/仪表故障
? Participate for SIL calculation & verification for instrument related SCSs (safety critical systems), keep documentation for calculation history.
? 参与仪表SCS相关的SIL计算认证，保存计算认证的历史数据。
? Track site finishing related about SCS such as PMP, WI.
? 跟踪各装置与SCS相关的完成情况，如PMP，WI
? Participate RCA analysis after I/E failure and cooperate to make action plan.
? 参与电气/仪表故障后的RCA分析，协助完成制定的Action计划。
? Track I/E routine inspection finishing.
? 跟踪现场电气/仪表的点检完成情况
? Reliability related job.
? 可靠性相关工作
? Check integrity and veracity about I/E new spare part.
? 审核新建IE备件信息完善及准确性
? Collect I/E material related about audit.
? 搜集审计相关的IE材料
? Check MOC technical document, cooperate with local I/E engineer that putting technical document in TIC comfortable position and make sure integrity about electronic document.
? MOC的技术资料确认，协助现场工程师将技术资料存放进TIC指定位置，保证电子文档的完整性。
? 协助完善IE标准作业指导程序
? Support safety guardian for related PSM (process safety management) tasks
? 支持安全部门PSM相关的任务
Major activities and accountabilities主要活动及职责
1. Safety安全
? Abide the company’s rules and regulations strictly; don’t work unsafely. Skilled grasp SOP in his position;
? 严格遵守各项安全生产规章制度，不违章作业。熟练掌握本岗位操作规程；
? Wear PPE properly, use and maintain fire fighting facilities and PPE in good situation;
? 按规定穿戴好劳动保护用品，正确使用和妥善保管各种防护用品和消防器材；
? Abide company’s labour discipline and process discipline. Good and right record process data. Sleep during working is forbidden, if find other people work unsafely, he should point it out and stop such unsafe case;
? 严格遵守劳动纪律和工艺纪律，认真做好各种纪录，不得串岗、脱岗、严禁在岗位上睡觉、打闹和做其它违反纪律的事情，对他人违章操作加以劝阻和制止。
? Participate safety activities in shift team and plant, the rationalization suggest concerning for safety production is welcome; 积极参加安全活动，提出有关安全生产的合理化建议。
? Complete PGI report and check per month, participate in studying relative case and follow up the corrective measures.
完成每月的部门PGI检查及报告，参与相关事故事件的调查，跟踪改进措施。

2. 日常工作 Daily jobs
? I/E maintenance work execution: define the problem write work order, do risk analysis with related department. Manage the worker or contractor to execute it. Write maintenance record, add this information into PMP database.
? 电气仪表工作执行，确认问题填写工单，与相关部门一道进行风险识别，管理电工或者承包商完成工作，填写维修记录并录入PMP数据库
? Spare parts: write spare parts purchase request. Confirm technical details. Follow and push purchasing progress. Feed back the quality of the spare parts to purchasing team. Assist warehouse keeper to arrange the spare parts.
? 填写备件采购申请。确认技术细节。追踪推动采购流程，向采购部门反馈备件质量。支持库管安排备件
? Project management: Prepare PMP. Prepare spare parts plan. Collect the maintenance files. Issue or update SOP
? 项目管理：准备PMP，准备备件计划，收集维修文档及问题或者更新SOP
? SOP follow: learn and study related SOP linked with safety, quality, and environment. Transfer all these information into dail
maintenance work, also coach the worker to follow them.
？ Management: manage MCC and substation. Manage the Elec workshop for access, goods order.
？ Support electrical superintendent for related MOC proposal study, PR creation for spare parts maintenance preparation tasks for new projects etc
? SOP 遵循：学习安全质量环保相关的SOP。传达所有相关信息到日常工作
? Follow with reliability team to improve daily management, push platform building.
? 与可靠性队伍一起完善日常管理，推进平台建设。
? Support site I/E engineer to solve the difficult problems.
? 协助现场IE工程师处理复杂的故障。
? Improve and complete TIC systematize management.
? 完善TIC管理的系统化。
? Make new SOP or cooperate to update the old one.
? 制定或协调更新标准作业指导。

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1.Knowledge知识:
？ Bachelor degree or above, majored in electrical instrumentation and automation.
？ 学士或以上学位，主修电气仪表及自动化
2. Skills技能:
? proficient written and oral English;
? 熟练英语说写
3.Experience经验:
? At least 5 years’ working experience in electrical instrumentation and automation, motor driving, Better working experience in chemical plant,new graduated is accepted
? 电气仪表5年以上工作经验，有化工厂经验者优先,新毕业硕士生也接受。

4. Abilities能力:
? Be good at: organization and planning, practical experience in field maintenance, good communication and team work, committed to result.
? 擅长组织与计划，现场维修的实践经验，优秀的沟通与团队精神，以结果为导向
? With low voltage electricity license and 35KV or above on duty license is prefered but not must.
