Job Dimensions:
1. Organize & implement mechanical integrity management in Arkema Changshu industrial platform by following the legal requirements as well as Arkema safety rules and related procedures.
2. Carry out equipment inspection plan for Arkema Changshu industrial platform based on inspection methodology & strategy, and lead the inspection team to strictly implement it.
3. Participate into Maintenance Operation Excellence project implementation in Arkema ChangShu industrial platform.
4. Participate into new projects
Main Responsibilities:
1. Set up Risk Based Inspection Methodology for inspection plan setting.
2. Guide inspection team to establish the inspection plan for Arkema Changshu industrial platform with several chemical production units of different size and needs, and implement the plan.
3. Persist to update and improve the inspection schedule according the equipment safety condition. Avoid unscheduled shutdown caused by lack of inspection plan.
4. To be responsible for the safety of inspection within the requirement of Chinese regulation and Arkema rules and the quality inspection for the spare parts.
5. Coordinate with the local government inspection institute for the special equipment inspection.
6. Guide the team to implement mechanical integrity management work.
7. Participate into Maintenance Operation Excellence Project implemented in Arkema ChangShu industrial platform.
8. Participate into new projects
Requirements:
? University degree or equivalent in chemical mechanical or Engineering
? Fluent in English and good knowledge in technical documents
? The related RBI experience is a plus (Risk Based Inspection Methodology)
? 10 years working experiences in Chemical plant or Chemical Mechanical plant, and at least 3 years’ experience in equipment inspection.
? Strong skills in Organization & Planning, Problem Solving, Communication etc.
