Sales Manager for Design and Build Gages

Edmunds Gages Suzhou located at Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP), Jiangsu (www.EdmundsGages.com.cn) is looking for a sales manager for design and build gages at our Suzhou office.

Requirements

• Have at least five year work experience in marketing and sales for design and build gage
• Have at least two year experience in managing a sales team
• Have English communication skills with US
• Understand GD&T
• Education: BS or MS in mechanical engineering or manufacturing engineering

Job description

• Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends
• Assists and guide a sales team to close sales and achieve a company sales goal
• Manages customer training and services
• Disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
• Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; analyzing trends and results; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
• Develops and manages representatives
• Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, trade shows and technical seminars
• Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share, developing new customers
• Holds a weekly meeting and a quarterly review of a sales team
• 50% work time to travel
