职位描述

Job Description

1.Develop, execute, and lead QAD Implementation projects with proper QAD imolementation life cycle

2.Conduct and facilitate new product, new module, new system training
programs, and implementation support.

3.Provide support to the regional IS team program development and
assessment, including site’s QAD first level support development program.

4.Assist in scheduling and conduct of training, events and conferences for
TRW.

5.Provide the project implementation support and business analyst roles and
responsibilities.

6.Create and maintain project documentations. Establish a project schedule and report
progress against this baseline plan.

7.Manage project scope and risks in accordance to the project charter.

8.Report the status of projects to project stakeholders, highlighting any
critical issues which may endanger the success of the project.

9.Ensure internal project management processes are followed.

10.Serve as a liaison between the project team and functional management

Requirements

1. Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the
ability to identify user’s needs and tailor solutions to meet user
requirements.

2. Project management skills, customer-focused attitude,
and an ability to communicate at all levels from senior management to shop
floor personnel.

3. QAD(Product Knowledge Specialization, PKS) and Project
Management(PMP) would be an added advantage

4. Willingness to work flexible, occasionally long and
unsociable hours and be prepared to travel throughout the region as required.

5. Ability to work independently with minimum direction
and supervision

6. Willingness to travel.

7. Ability to work in a team.

8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
