职位描述

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ability to learn and safely operate the following Materials Laboratory testing equipment:

1) Lab Mixer

2) Lab Mill

3) Lab Curing Press

4) Specimen Preparation Equipment

2. Ability to learn and execute standard Materials Laboratory test methods and procedures, including Rheology, Instron, Accelerated Aging of Specimens, Testing raw material inventory control & management, etc.

3. Ability to learn and operate a variety of digital and analog measurement equipments, including Digital Scales, Electronic balance, Thickness gauges, Steel rules, Calipers, Durometer, etc.

4. Ability to learn and conduct routine calibration, maintenance and repairs of Materials Laboratory testing equipment.

5. Provide accurate interpretation of customer test requests, initiate and execute testing, evaluate and report test results.

Job Requirements:

1. College Diploma or higher degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Technology, Science or Mathematics.

2. Must be detailed oriented, self-starting, and must be able to complete laboratory work with minimal supervision.

3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English are preferred.

4. Ability to facilitate, foster and assure open, honest, effective communication at and between all levels in the organization.

Work Conditions:

1. Must be able to work flexible hours including daily and weekend overtime, and alternate shifts as required to complete laboratory work.

2. May, on occasion, be required to perform duties other than those detailed in this job description.

1.能学习并安全操作下述实验室测试设备：

1）实验室密炼机

2）实验室开炼机

3）实验室硫化机

4）制实验样品设备

2. 能学习并执行标准的材料实验室测试模式和流程，包括：流变仪，拉力机，老化烘箱，管理和控制测试材料的库存等。

3. 能学习并操控数码及相关测量设备，包括：电子秤，电子天平，测厚仪，卡尺，硬度计等。

4. 能学习并完成测试设备的日常校准、维护和修理。

5. 正确理解客户测试要求，主动执行测试、评估和完成测试结果报告。

6. 完成上级交付的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1. 工程、化学、技术、数学类大专以上学历；

2. 认真仔细，积极主动，诚实高效，能独立完成实验室工作；

3.良好的中英文读写能力，善于沟通；

4. 能适应加班，轮班。
