Major Responsibilities
? Prepare monthly reports and annual OP budgets, coordinating with relevant department managers/directors.
? Supports in the establishment of Internal Control Framework for business processes and functions, particularly the setup and implementation of policies and procedures as well as SOX compliance.
? Set up China JV Management Service Agreement (MSA) contract and other HQ recharging contracts and control timing of invoicing and ensure CHC cash flow is maintained and forecasted.
? Check monthly actual report and prepare the rolling forecast. Perform regular review with key functional managers/directors to ensure that actual and forecast department expenditures are accurate, variance analysis performed and corrective actions taken.
? Oversees the company’s accounting practice to ensure it is in compliance with US GAAP, PRC GAAP, and all relevant regulations, ensures that GAAP differences/adjustments are appropriately documented, and proper audit trails are in place; manages the day-to-day reporting activities, including submission and review of results in Hyperion and explanation of variances vs. budget, forecast, and targets established.
? Supervises the month closing activities, and continuously improves efficiency of the process.
? Organizes all tax related activities, declarations and payments, i.e. IIT, CIT, VAT, BT, withholding tax.
? Maintains proper procedures of Fixed Assets Management; and financial update and control of projects management.
? Maintain and develop banking relationship and assist with identifying and implementing improvements in security, efficiency and cost reduction.
? Support implementation of new treasury initiatives such as cash poling, e-banking, treasury systems and manual.
? Coordinate with internal and external auditor. Give necessary support for the group project such as the share transfer, new plant setup and dormant entity liquidation.

Education & Work Experience
? Education: At least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA/CMA or MBA preferred
? Language: Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English
? Experience: At least 8 years accounting/finance working experience. Background in manufacturing enterprise or accounting firms is preferred.
