General
The holder of the position shall be able to perform test procedures. He is responsible for the disposal of test orders and for the pursuit of test orders and ensure the on-time processing of test orders.
Beyond this task he has to finish test orders in relation to the technical and commercial requirements and has to prepare the documents for the certification and validation.

Job duties
1. Conduct the electrical testing in the laboratory based on the test data sheets; fill in test data sheets with project information and test results.
2. Conduct design review on the testing samples based on the requirements of the standard and on the customers request.
3. Check and evaluate the documentation provided by the customers to fulfill the testing service.
4. Issue the test report for the provided testing service.
5. Follow up on subcontracted tests.
6. Control and maintain the environmental condition in the laboratory to meet the requirements of the appropriate testing standard.
7. Keep the laboratory in clean condition and supervise sub ordinance to maintain a clean testing and office environment.
8. Draft test data sheets for testing in the laboratory, if relevant test data sheets are not available.
9. Manage the reception and return of testing samples, including testing samples handed over to Technicians.
10. Provide technical training and on the job training to Technicians.
11. Conduct performance evaluation of Technicians.
12. Working closely with Customer Service and Marketing & Sales, if support is required.
The holder of the position is committed to perform also other/more tasks besides the mentioned tasks which are naturally connected to her profession or which amounts out of the necessity of the company.

Capability Requirement
1. University engineering degree or above,
2. 3 Years working experience in the field of electrical a safety testing,
3. Hand-on experiences in product testing and measurement methods,
4. Fluent written and spoken English,
5. Organization skill,
6. Communication skills,
7. Willing to broaden personal technical skills and experiences.
