职务名称：Supplier Quality Engineer 某欧美汽车零部件公司

职位描述:
1. Follow up suppliers’ PPAP process to ensure PPAP documents to be submitted on time and verify “run at rate “ status to met all requirements of stackpole.
2. Participate in APQP activities to lead the efforts to have flawless launch with suppliers.
3. Assist program managers by soliciting timelines for key items of new programs with suppliers. Follow up these timelines with suppliers to ensure overall program timing is met.
4. Monitor suppliers’ Quality, capacity performance to meet stack pole strategy. When it fallen below acceptable levels, ensure improvement plans are in place on time and effectively implemented.
5. Visit suppliers to verify inventory levels and review key operating procedures for Stack pole specific products. Perform supplier quality audit using a checklist and scoring procedures. Verify presence, quantity and quality of the tooling recognized by Stack pole.
6. Provide an early warning to the suppliers who are likely to have quality problems and support Logistics on supplier delivery problems.
7. Request suppliers of corrective actions for quality problems; assist suppliers in the development and implementation of action plans; follow up to ensure suppliers are met their commitments.
8. Use the knowledge gained from supplier visits and process to assist QC and production in their efforts to find out root causes for assembly and machining problems that may be caused by supplier non-conformances.
9. Impose and monitor Level 1 and Level 2 containment of suppliers if necessary.
10. Participate in the supplier selection process for Stack pole. Actively manage the development of new suppliers.
11. Participate in the maintenance and control of TS 16949 and ISO 14001 practices and adherence.
12. Observe standard for safe working conditions as outlined in the applicable Chinese Regulatory Act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook.
13. Accept the ISO 14001 Environment System training and comply with the requirement.
14. Perform other duties as required.



任职条件：
1. A bachelor degree in Engineering (University or College) or Applied Science
2. 5-year experience of SQE in Automotive field
3. Good command of English skills both in oral and written
4. Recommended
5. Experience in manufacturing and automotive quality requirements including ISO/TS 16949
6. Experience in modern Quality techniques such as Error Proofing, Designed Experiments, Statistical Control, FMEA, and all automotive quality requirements including PPAP, PSO, Problem Resolution, etc.
7. Experience in 6-sigma projects
8. Knowledge of GD & T
9. Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict management and problem solving skills
10. Ability to interact and lead effectively at all levels of the organization
