？ Laser welds, inertia welds, assembly, and gas filling and inspection skills;
？ Project management skills;
？ Good problem solving skills;
？ CAD (Solid Works);
？ Minitab.
个人素质要求：
？ To warrant PFMEA updating & actions plan associated;
？ To validate the production line;
？ To follow up process capabilities;
？ To audit production line;
？ To stop production line;
？ AS 403 project management;
？ To support Customer Quality Support team technically;
？ To participate in 8D report (external & internal).
工作职责及内容：
？ Designs and plans layout for material-processing/manufacturing operations;
？ Plans sequence of operations and specifies procedures for preparing material, exercising judgment in resolving conflicts between customer requirements, economic evaluation of methods, and operator effectiveness and comfort;
？ Conducts tests and measurements throughout the various stages of production to determine control over variables;
？ Services troubleshoot and solve production process/equipment problems;
？ Establishes and submits processing requirements to be met in designing and acquiring processing equipment;
？ Provides feedback/recommendations to leadership as appropriate;
？ Develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality standards and protocol for processing material into partially finished material/product;
？ Collaborates with other engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place;
？ Devises and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment;
？ Designs or specifies inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment; conducts quality assurance tests; and performs statistical analysis to assess the cost of and determine the responsibility for, product or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications;
？ Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirement;
？ May specialize in the area of design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation and reliability, inventory control and /or research and development as they apply to product or process quality;
？ Requires knowledge of all customer-specific requirements.
