Major activities and accountabilities 主要工作和责任：
1. Safety responsibility 安全责任:
?To seriously compliance with all applicable state, local and Corporate HSEQ laws/ regulations/ rules and standard. 认真贯彻执行国家有关安全生产的政策、法规、标准和企业的安全，环保规章制度。
2. Operating WWBTC废水生物处理中心的运行:
?Keeping WWBTC’s running on good conditions, carrying out daily inspection. 污染防治设施的日常运行与设施点检。
?Observing the growth of sludge, recording relational data, ensuring discharged water match EPB’s request. 观测污泥生长状况，记录相关的数据，确保出水达到环保局的要求。
?Taking necessary action, when abnormality or emergency happens. 采取必要的措施，当异常或紧急状况发生时。
?Preparing chemicals used for treatment, recording data of usage. 配制水处理使用的药品，记录下使用量。
3. Others其他 :
?Tasks assigned by department manager or HSE Engineer. 完成部门经理或HSE工程师安排的工作。

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 所需的知识、技能和能力
1.Knowledge 知识 :
?At least technical secondly school education experience, environment/food-fermentation/microorganism major preferred. 中专学历或以上，环境、食品发酵或微生物专业优先。
2. Skills 技能 :
?Good skills in communication, analytical, problem solving. 良好的沟通技能，分析和解决问题的能力。
?Be familiar with Excel, Word and other standard office computer software. 能熟练应用Excel，Word和其他的标准office计算机软件。
3.Experience 经验:
?Familiar with bio-treatment, at least 2 years working experience 熟悉生化处理，至少2年相关工作经验。
?Must have waster-water treatment operation license 必须有废水处理上岗证。
?Basic knowledge about electron and mechanic 具有一定的电工和机械基础。
4. Abilities 能力:
?Teamwork & Cooperation. 有团队协作。
?Self-motivated, self-discipline, independent and proactive. 有自我激励，自我训练，独立和积极素养。
