？ Coordinate different units shutdown / startup schedule and across job for overhaul , arrange subcontractor and internal resource ,discuss the overhaul proposal with maintenance and operator , improve the overhaul performance and efficiency
？ Trace /optimize and update the overhaul proposal.
？ Improve mechanical management, update the management procedure
？ Review and improve PMP.
？ Provide strong technical support to routine maintenance ( fixed and rotating machine )
？ Lead important RCA
？ Confirm capital spare part, improve the spare part strategy.
？ Provide technical support to new project.
？ Assist to establish the maintenance system such as EAM SAP.
？ Assist to provide monthly reliability report
？ Assist to provide the monthly maintenance and KPI report.、


Major activities and accountabilities主要活动及职责

Daily Management日常管理
？ Coordinate with different units shutdown / startup schedule and across jobs for overhaul, arrange subcontractor and internal resource, discuss the overhaul proposals with maintenance team and production team , improve the overhaul performance and efficiency;
？ Trace, optimize & update the overhaul proposal;
？ Improve mechanical management, update the management procedure;
？ Review & improve PMP;
？ Participate in the monthly review meeting for preventive maintenance, test results, operational reliability and maintenance implementation. adjust the PMP timely according to the actual situation;
？ Provide strong technical support to routine maintenance ( fixed and rotating machine)
？ Lead important RCA;
？ Summarize findings of site inspections towards reliability improvements, reduction of waste and loss of
Performance;
？ Improve the spare part strategy;
？ Provide technical support to new project and major MOC;
？ Assist to establish the maintenance system such as EAM SAP;
？ Assist to provide monthly reliability report;
？ Assist to provide the monthly maintenance and KPI report

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

1.Knowledge知识:
？ Bachelor degree or above in Chemical equipment or Engineering or equivalent knowledge of chemical equipment.
？ Knowledge of basic local and international engineering code
2. Skills技能:
？ English fluent reading, writing and oral communication and clear understanding of technical documents
3.Experience经验:
？ At least 5 years of technical experience in a process industry (or better) chemical company
？ To be a helpful to have engineering experience.
？ Knowledge of mechanical /electric /instrument basic maintenance procedure.
4.Abilities能力:
？ Excellent communication and teamwork
？ Systematic Problem solving ability
？ Strong abilty to influence people
？ High safety consciousness
？ Well organized
？ Be good at: organization and planning, computer literate and English literate in reading and writing
