Main Responsibilities:
Establish the inspection plan & the preventive maintenance plan (PMP) for Arkema ChangShu industrial platform with several chemical production units of different size and needs, and implement the plan as well deliver the inspection reports;
Persist to update and improve the inspection schedule and PMP schedule according the equipment safety conditions;
Follow up the inspection & preventive maintenance actions and evaluate the results.
To be responsible for the safety of inspection within the requirement of Chinese regulation and Arkema rules and the quality inspection for the spare parts.
Coordinate with the local government inspection institute for the special equipments. Implement the PMP and assign PMP WR to related responsibility team and follow-up the results.
Requirements for this position:
College degree or equivalent in chemical mechanical or Engineering;
Good English communication background and easy to understand technical documents;
5 years working experiences in Chemical plant or Chemical Mechanical plant including 2 years experience in managing the equipment inspection
