Job Dimensions
? The jobholder is required to complete all assigned monthly costing jobs.
? Finish costing related reports on a timely basis
? Completed other jobs required by the direct supervisor and department managers.
Major activities and accountabilities
1. Costing related Jobs
? Check purchase invoices and input into system on a timely basis
? Consolidate with vendors, clearing long term outstanding accounts with major vendors quarterly
? Communicate with relevant persons to ensure all payments are reasonable
? Maintain BOM and stock items
? Prepare monthly costing reports
? Manage quarterly stocktaking

2. AP related jobs
? Input the payment transactions in iScala system on time
? Monthly bank reconciliation

3. Others
? Cooperate with colleague to complete the work
? File vouchers and documents if needed.
? Focus on department targets and complete other jobs required by the direct supervisor and managers.
4. Safety:
? Compliance with company safety policy
? Keep the safety sense in daily work


Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1.Knowledge:
? Bachelor degree.
? Finance and Account knowledge.
? Knowledge of cost analysis
2. Skills:
? Possess good analytical skills.
? Flexible, straightforward and independent.
? Be familiar with Excel and Word.
? Good written English.
3.Experience:
? 3 – 5 year experience in costing accountant or related positions
? Working experience in a foreign investment company.
4. Abilities:
? Able to handle confidential information appropriately.
? Able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks.
? Self-motivated, independent and proactive
? Team spirit
