1、主要负责员工培训方面的管理；
（1）培训体系建设：
①制定并完善公司的培训制度及政策。
②培训信息搜集与反馈管理。
③建立培训课程体系。
④建立培训评估体系。
（2）员工入职培训：
①对新进员工进行入职培训，使新员工认识公司企业文化、基本的管理制度及规定、熟悉自己的职位信息，建立归属感；
②对新员工的入职培训进行安排；
③培训考核、信息反馈及存档。
（3）年度培训及外训：
①调研、收集部门的年度培训计划信息，制定年度培训计划方案及培训目标。
②实施年度培训计划，培训考核、收集培训反馈信息并做好存档。
③联系外部培训机构，引进先进培训理念及课程。（根据需要）
2、负责员工个人档案的管理；
3、负责部门日常工作及公司领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，管理类相关专业（人力资源管理专业优先考虑）；
2、有1年相关工作经验，有培训方面相关工作经验者优先考虑；
